I started my career as a make-up artist over 15 years ago and have never looked back!

Fully certified in my craft, I excelled in the role from day one, quickly building a strong clientele, all down to my absolute love for makeup, beauty and making people feel good about themselves. I love empowering women and knowing I am playing a role in building there confidence is the ultimate reward!

I have ALOT of experience… Having worked for one of the most prestigious and successful make-up companies of all time, Mac Cosmetics, for a hugely successful 10year span and proving many times to be a valuable asset. I was part of the Mac UK Pro team and represented the company at London Fashion Week and exclusive events around the globe, working in Selfridges London and meeting the absolute legend Pamela Anderson, backstage for vivienne westwood and Giles, my list of career highlights are truly epic! These experiences have enabled me to gain a certain level of expertise and confidence in myself, that most make-up artists could only dream of.

I have worked as a makeup artist in super glamorous St. Tropez in the South of France, I was also requested to be part of the Greek Mac Pro Team, which worked on Greece Fashion Week for 2 weeks in Athens. I have worked in London and throughout the UK on countless events, from TV shows to The Scottish Fashion Awards, to London Fashion Week, Celebrity one to ones and then some.

I have been very lucky to work backstage at London Fashion Week closing about 8 double seasons, working closely and assisting high calibre make-up artists such as Terry Barber, Val Garland, Lucia Pieroni, Charlotte Tilbury, Lucia Pica, James Molloy, Sharon Dowsett, Lisa Eldridge, Lauren Parsons, Andrew Gallimore and Hannah Murray to name but a few.  Each season being a whole new experience, fast paced, high pressured and creativity pouring all over everything! 

Among my impressive list of clientele I have painted the faces of glamorous premiership WAGs, world famous singers, including Rita Ora and Pixie Lott and top models such as Queeny Van Der Zande and worked alongside the amazing Victoria secret models Cara Delevigne and Doutzen Kroes aswell as being part of Naomi Campbell’s elite backstage team for her Charity LFW celebrity show: Fashion For Relief, rubbing shoulders with Kate Moss, Girls Aloud, The Britains Got Talent team, David Gandy, James Corden and my personal favourite Piers Morgan. I have also painted the faces of Yasmin Le Bon and Hollywood actresses including Kate Mara.

I have worked on the BBC TV series ‘Material Girl’, for which I did the make-up as well as a stint as an extra (which was a lot harder than you might think but very fun).
I was also tasked with looking after the Coronation Street cast premiere of ‘Out of Africa’ in Manchester working closely with the female cast and being personally on hand all day with one of the leading ladies of the film – Jennie McAlpine.

Alongside all the fashion/editorial makeup I have done, I was always nurturing my beautiful brides too. I can confidently say that I have worked at nearly all of the North-Easts exceptional selectional of wedding venues, some more than others, as well as further afield in Manchester, London and I have been very lucky to of been flown to the beautiful countries of Italy/Spain & Mallorca, with some more, very exciting destinations to be added in the near future.

I am now currently part of the UK Charlotte Tilbury Team located in Fenwick Newcastle working with an incredible brand like this has strengthened my creative abilities not only by using her beautiful products but also by looking at makeup in a different way, the Charlotte Tilbury way. 

I have an exceptional reputation and my experience in all bridal make-up (English, Asian, Jewish etc) is well known and incomparable in the North East.

It is an art which I love dearly.

I love everything to do with make-up, fashion, photography, film and interior design. I have my weaknesses (chocolate) just like everyone else but I do have a talent in bringing the best out of people, bringing their inner beauty out aswell as strengthening their outer.
